Using Diet Supplements To Help With Weight Loss...

I know there are alot of gimmicks out there when it comes to diet supplements.I also know that there is no such thing as a miracle pill.Its all about eating healthy and exercising.Since last July 2010 I have lost a total of 70 lbs by doing a low calorie diet with plenty of exercise and drinking lots of water.I now have hit a plateua.Is there any diet supplements that any of you take that you recommend to help with what I am already doing?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think the best way is not to put on weight - try eat healthy every day and do a lot of exercises. It's diffecult to loose it unfortunetly.

Thanks for the response but unfortunely its genetic in my family.I plan to be different though.I am a very active person who is trying to lose some extra weight.Being healthy is very important to me.
