Is there any Good Deeds that is unselfish?

So, I was watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S earlier today and the episode is about Joey and Phoebe arguing about "Good Deeds." Joey Believes that "there is NO Unselfish Good Deeds." and Phoebe disagree with him but failed to prove Joey wrong. Anyway, I somehow find myself agree with Joey when he said that "All People are Selfish!"
But it doesn't take away my curiosity! If doing a good deed makes you feel better, do you consider that unselfish? or It's just part of "We're only human" thing?. Hmmm!

I also watched this coz I love FRIENDS so much. But I do believe that doing good deeds will always make a person feel good about himself. And it will never be called good deed if the person doing it is not happy about it. I'ts only my view. Happy myLotting!

There are unself deeds made by people. If you have one piece of bread and you give it to someone who is starving, which make yourself be without you are unselfish. You sacrifice yourself to feed someone else. If you are wearing underwears, trousers, a t-shirt and a coat. You find a naked human being you give your trousers and your coat to the naked human being you are unselfish sacrificing yourself.
If there is a car with only five seat and you are six people who are going somewhere at a distance of 2 miles. You offer yourself to walk and let the other five have a seat in the car, you are unselfish.

I think that not all cases are honest.
many people say they are honest but that is not so.
they expect them to help them.
Therefore I believe that there are people who are honest but there are also many of these are not selfless.
