signing up with Alert Pay

As i was signing up with Alert Pay, i encountered a problem on the second part. When i was asked to type the text on the box to see if i were a human or not on the WORD VERIFICATION... I was puzzled because there was no text, there was nothing. How can i then finish my signing up? Can anybody help me and tell me what could be the possible problem and how to fix it??? I already tried using other browser - Google Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. I already turned off the firewall and pop up blocker but still the same result... Nothing appears on the WORD VERIFICATION box.
