Is there a herbal/natural treatment for this? Or what do you guys do to prevent it?

I am not aware of herbal treatments, but yes there are homoeopathic medicines that really help for varicose veins, let me tell you they work but rather slowly and it is permanent remedy, one can try, there is no harm in trying. Thanks for sharing Have a nice day ahead. Professor ‘@Bhuwan@’. .

I have been told that a good product to try is St John Worts, to be used externally and internally, also witch hazel and chamomile is good too. And the usual rules to obey such as a healthy, balanced diet and also swimming is good too. Hope this helps, Happy MyLotting!

I am not an expert but these are some of the things that I learned. :) If your job requires you to be constantly standing up, use compression stockings. Elevate your legs to improve circulation and to rest the muscles. Crossing of the legs while sitting or lying down is not good for circulation so it can cause varicose veins. If you're standing up, don't be stationary for a long period of time.
