Sometimes you can not get your mind off a certain thing or a certain someone and it just keeps going and going and sometimes it is hard to sleep because all you can do is keep thinking of the same thing, Does this make a person feel sick? Have you experienced this sort of a thing? I feel sick I had something on my mind all night and could not sleep at all and so I drank some Ny quil and still couldn't sleep well but this has been on my mind for a long time and I can't let it go no matter how hard I try, what do you do in this situation?

Over-thinking can definitely lead to stress. I don't like thinking too much about stuff that's nonsense but sometimes I just can't help but worry about things that I really shouldn't be worrying about.

It should be out of your mind immediately after thinking of another thought. The other thought should be completely unrelated to what you're thinking right now.

Hi ja hernandez rivas: I ahve experienced this same feeling so many times, maybe because I love to make everything plan and there are some things that you can't fix, at least not immediatly. For me, the best advice is to try to do a relaxing activity and put all your internal effort to forget for the moment about this subject, specially because just by thinking over and over again a single thing you won't find the answers . Yes I think you are right I have been trying to think happy thoughts and forget about what I have been thinking and thinking of and it is kind of working because there for a while I could not even sleep and tossing and turning and finally it is starting to go away! Thank you so much sweetie and have a great day!

I've experienced the same thing on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, I'm in the same boat as you. I have no solutions. I don't drink the Nyquil though. Nothing like a tasty drink in the middle of the night. Hope you get some sleep soon. I know it does literally make feel sick when you have very little sleep. Best Wishes!
