Anyone know of a free penny stock newsletter that works?

I have signed up for a dozen penny stock newsletters, but I don't know which ones to trust so I gave up. I used one suggestion and it did good for a while but then dropped to 1/5 its original value. Can anyone help me by giving me the penny stock newsletters they use and are proven to be good?
