1. keep the view located too close to the monitor is a bit dangerous for our eyes. We should maintain visibility well into our monitors. The recommended distance is about 20-40 inches (50-100cm) from the eye. If we are still difficult to read when the monitor was located at a distance of 20 inches, try to enlarge the font you until we feel comfortable 2. remove crt, switch to the lcd monitor tube (crt) does give a worse effect than the lcd, but the energy required is also greater. Try replacing us with lcd crt monitor. But the price of LCD monitors are more expensive than crt. For those of us who still love CRT monitors, it helps us buy anti-radiation filters. This is the solution to reduce the pain from the eyes linger in front of the monitor, but with the cheap price. 3. adjust the monitor settings some monitors are now many provide pre-set display modes, to allow users to change their screen settings. Pre-set these settings to give different levels brightnes, to adjust the conditions of use of the monitor. Sometimes use it. For example setting like, "text" or "internet" will feel much cooler in the eyes, when we use for typing or browsing. Settings "game" or "movie" will appear brighter when in use. 4. use anti-radiation glasses even though it costs a relatively more expensive, but it's good we have enough money to buy anti-radiation glasses. Addition you can take them wherever we work, these glasses are not only useful when we work in front of the monitor, but also protect the eye from the car light, radiation, TV, and so on. In fact the anti-radiation coating on the glasses, very useful for our eyes. Because the layer automatically reduces the effects of pain in the eye due to excessive light radiation. 5. rest my eyes for a moment, periodically The easiest way to avoid eye fatigue caused by radiation monitors are rest periodically. Try to rest my eyes for about 5 minutes every hour. We can use 5 minutes to walk around, see the sights, wash your face and so on. Provided that we can move away from the monitor.

I am happy to read the tips you had posted. It is our duty to keep our eyes safe. The light rays is emitted from computer can cause irritation to your eyes. I wish to add one point to this tips. One must use computer in a open light instead of dark room because the rays emitted from computer are electron,so when light rays get combined with electron make less irritation to your eyes. Thanks for posting.

It is vital to safe our eyes when working or playing with computers. All the recommendations discussed here is quite important. Switching to LCD or LED is a good choice because its radiation is less and it also consumes less power. One important thing is to use anti glare screen which is safe for eyes rather than the glossy screen. If using CRT monitor then it is a good consideration to use eye protective glasses. Wishing all friends safe use of Computer.
