Do you ever feel like someone is watching you?

i always do. It's probably just me hehe. I don't want to sound narcissistic or anything but I feel that way every time I leave my house. I get a little uptight because of it.

Don't worry you are not the only one!! I feel like sometimes someone is following me too and watching me whether it be in the house or outside the house 
I know it is a creepy strange feeling but who knows if it could be true or not? We just have to watch out for ourselves. Take Care!!

Maybe you are getting a little bit aboard of being paranoid of yourself(hehe). But if you really knew that you did not do anything wrong and there is no totally reason for someone to stalk on you. Then there is no reason for you to think or to be paranoid about someone is watching you. Loosen up a bit, breath air. Don't get anxious on things that you are not sure of. You will just stress yourself up. Have a nice day my friend.

I know haha. I do get a little too paranoid sometimes but there was an incident when someone was shining a light at night in my room a couple of month ago. Totally terrifying. I'm glad a friend was with me in the house so we decided to look at the window together because I will never have the guts to peek in the window all alone at night by myself. We saw nothing by the way but a light shone again a couple of hours later.

Yes I have felt this way and I think it is because my mind is preoccupied and when I am walking I have this feeling someone is behind me. I always look back and no one is there. So maybe thinking about perhaps being followed at times.

That's really interesting and i even had the experience that feel like someone is watching you.I think that's a normal phenomenon.And i suppose everybody may had experienced that before.People all born with curiosity and sometimes someone is watching you they didn't mean it,it's just they are thinking something or anything else.Well,i feel the same way as you did,get a little uptight.

I feel like someone is watching me even when I'm alone or in the dark. I sometimes have the feeling like someone is looking at me and i have to double take. Like when I'm on the computer i feel like someone is looking at me from the door and sometimes i get so paranoid that I close the oor. and its the same when I am brushing my teeth, feels like someone is standing behind me or something
