uniaco a scam?

hi friends i came to know about a site named uniaco.com which claims to be like face book but the big difference is that they promise to award money just to join it and give referrals is any one plz can guide me about that. because the most of the sites like it were scams in past. do any one of u really have experience of uniaco plz suggest me should i join or not.
