The CLR is support multiple language or we say it is multi language execution environment. They have many compiler to support different languages, commonly 15 compiler build by Microsoft and other companies will produce code that will run in the CLR. I know some features of CLR that i studied in my college when i was studied there as follow: Memory management, assembly loading, security, Exception handling, thread synchronization etc. CLR is vast to studied .
