I am not a vegetarian but I guess becoming a vegetarian will lead us to a more healthy life. Lifestyle these days is not as good as before for we live today in a lot of processed foods loaded with salt, fatty oil, and chemicals that harm our body organs and immune system. Then these leads us to becoming sick of varying sickness and complications.

I think you are right. our present life style has made us so unhealthy mainly because of fast food, electronics etc. I think we have to change our life style. I think we have to eat vegetarian food along with these fast food. it helps in balancing the health. What is your opinion.

Yeah you are right, because these days, we almost forgot the balance diet formula that we were told a long time ago, or during our school days. I guess its already high time to change this habit for good, before it's too late.

I think that you would have to be very careful that you still got the various vitamins and minerals that meat gives to you, but vegetarianism certainly has the potential to be a very healthy lifestyle. Most people don't do it because of the fact that it's healthy, though. In addition to this, a lot of "vegetarians" will still eat dairy products, which means that most of the junk foods which contain things that are bad for you will still be eaten. If anything, they may eat more bad foods to account for the fact that they can no longer eat the meat.

I need meat and I love it, if I can put it that way. Another issue is that in some countries, it's hard to find good products, so even if you want to be a vegetarian it's almost impossible. And I do not agree with what some people say, that it's cheaper to be a vegetarian, because I think it's not. I can say that I'm eating healthy too despite all and I'm eating meat every day since I can remember and I can say that I feel great and I look great(how modesty is that. When people say MEAT, it's not all the meat that's not good for you and even that statement is not fully right. Not good is not the most right way to put it. Yes, eating fast food and stakes and burgers with unknown origin is obviously not good for you, but if you know your meat, there is a big difference between meat and meat. P.S. I got a little overexcited.

For us to have a long and healthy life we need to eat vegetables. We can still eat those food you mentioned but in moderate.. if we can't control then expect all those when we grow old. We do have doctors here in the Philippines that uses only vegetables for cure in any disease like cancer and so far it's effective.

I can't be vegetarian. I think I'm addicted to meat. Even If I have vegetarian meal after two hours I crave for meat. Our digestion system is build to digest vegs and meat. Many years ago I had friend who decided to be vegetarian. She ended up in hospital with sever anemia. I don''t think so that being vegetarian is so healthy.
