Crying yourself awake

I've woken up to find myself crying a few times--a few tears, but nothing audible. I don't remember what the dreams were about though. I've also woken up laughing. One time it was because I was imagining myself watching an episode of a TV show (Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job), but once again, I can't recall the other dreams.

Yes I can remember a couple dreams right now that I woke up crying...I won't go into great detail because my dreams can get quite graphic...but in one dream (I was younger when I had it) I was trying to catch a mother dog and her three puppies. They ran around a corner, and when I followed them they had all been hit by a car and were smashed in the middle of the street (only their paws stuck up). It was awful! Another dream that I woke up crying because was my sister and I had been kidnapped by this crazy man and woman. A man neither of us knew saw that we needed help and he got us out of the building we were being held in. This guy also had a woman to help him, and me, my sister and the good guy had jumped onto a small trailer that was attached to the van the good woman was driving. **The trailer wasn't enclosed, it didn't have walls or a roof** The bad man and woman were chasing us in another car. We were all climbing from the trailer to the vans open back (good guy first, then me, then sister). While my sister was crawling across (and I was reaching for her) the bad guy jumped onto the trailer...he had one of those circular saw blades, and he started stabbing my sister in the side with it while she was between the van and the trailer.That's when I woke up crying, and I had to get up and wash of my face...I even went and looked in on my sister. That was not a good dream1

I had not yet experience that one. I'm looking forward to experienced that. LOls.. nice day
