Microsoft Outlook, How to configure using ymail , hotmail & gmail?

Hello !
I have different emails and i want to use the microsoft outlook (2003) so that i can read all my emails in one place, but It's hard to configure and i don't know how.
Who among you guys are expert with this stuff?
