Which is the best way to secure more freelance work

I've signed up with some of the freelance sites for work and I've secured some projects but would like to win more. I always make sure I apply for work that I'm qualified for and that I have the relevant experience for but for some reason I keep missing out. I'm wondering if it is the way I'm pitching myself and wanted to know if anyone has any advice?

I could not say which is the best way. But, I have found odesk to be a good way to search for work opportunities. I have joined the program some time ago, and I am quite impressed with the presentations there at the site. You might want to take a look at it.

hi, i've joined the site few weeks back and completed 3 tests from it. I have bidded more than 10 projects but nothing turns my way. How long will it take to win a bid and is there any other good method to win a bid. Kindly share with me.

I don't know what the issue is, but I have tried getting freelance work also, and I have had no luck either. I think my issue was that I didn't get my profile and resume together like I needed to. I just didn't take enough time to do all the things that were needed to make me look like a good qualified worker to do their jobs. Have you taken tests and given them examples of your work? That maybe what you need to do in order to get a good job or several good jobs to do. I wish you the best!
