If you get a heavy burden.

How big is your responsibility to yourself. if your problem alone can not yet resolved how to solve the problems of others? Is not this would be a stumbling block for us? Is there a concern that will be washed out? Because other people will see our weaknesses rather than strengths that exist within us. so if you want to help others help yourself first, if you want to care about someone else then care yourself first. what is your opinion?

Simple ........ Remember ... We came to this world for His will .... and We will also return for permission ..... First identify what makes the burden ... .... let us regardless of the weight .... how to .....? "Know yourself know the Lord will perish ourselves .... then ...? What perish .... Perish we feel have the power, the will, knowledge, life, vision and hearing ... it merely had the Creator .... may we understand it ...

Heavy as any load that, if said load is assumed as a responsibility, so he'll have the bear. Ask for help from others for something we could not do alone is not a disgrace. Help can be a boost awareness that anyone that if he is a man, then the weakness is her nature. Helping others when the load is crushing us? That could have been done. And that does not mean taste in our concern has faded. But there is a difference between the burden of individual and communal burden of personal liability where we are there both morally and materially. To do for yourself would be a virtue if the act is also a benefit to others. And love yourself is the appreciation of the presence of others. Regards.
