In our humble home we start off with morning chocolate, it's a mother/daughter shared moment. And if you are luckily enough to be at our home when the alarm clock rings or mid morning on the weekends you might just get a bite of morning chocolate too! It started when my daughter was just a little older than 2 yrs old at Walmart, I had boughten those dove chocolates that come in packs of 4 and she ofcourse discovered it at bedtime, just after brushing her little chompers. I said no but in the morning... that next morning was 7 ish (laughs) Being the good mom I am I told her, you can't just stuff the chocolate in your mouth but you must let it melt. Now years later we lay on the bed, savoring the delicous flavours of chocolate, doesn't matter if its dark or milk, it's all good! And we share a bonding time before setting out into the big world! It's a good time to talk about dreams, goals and plans for the day. Maybe even the next box of chocolates that are waiting for us to sample ;) Chocolate does have its benifits its loaded with antioxiants and anti inflammatory properties and it tastes great too. Does anyone here enjoy a delicous bite of chocolate???

Morning chocolate?! Can you adopt me, please!!! I love chocolates, and yes, the best way is to let it melt in your mouth...yum...!!! It's sweet that you bond while eating those delicious treats. I think moms should have these bonding moments with their daughters. When the time comes, the daughter will have very fond memories of her mom.

Consider yourself adopted, go out and get yourself a nice box of chocolates and start with melting a peice of chocolate in your mouth. It is awesome to cuddle with loved ones and share chocolate. My sister has come over with her kids and enjoyed morning chocolate too. Two adults and kids with chocolate in thier mouths and dorky faces all screwed with chocolately goodness grins! We already have wonderful memories and share closeness!

On the way to school the kids and I stopped into the corner store and got ourselves a 70% dark areo bar. We already had our morning chocolate, this was just a bonus because we needed a water bottle, its a super hot day here. Thus the extra chocolate! You never mentioned which tempting bar of chocolate you got!

I use to crave I mean CRAVE chocolate, not any more... the golden rule is everything is good in moderation. Thus we each have just one peice of chocolate!

I love chocolate! It is one of the things that makes out family bonding time better. Chocolate raises the level of serotonin which is a mood enhancer.
