Need suggestion on my knee injury

Hi All, i met with a small accident while playing football. Its a muscle torn and ligament damage. from last 3week i am at home. I want to know that any food that can help me recover my ligament and my muscle. Can walk but cant give full weight. my leg is bend. i do the exercise told by the Dr. But i want to be back to work and want to recover fast. please help.

Good to know that your leg was not broken. While the body needs all vitamins and minerals to repair itself, foods high in calcium are most needed in the joints. Thus, it would help a lot to beef up on your intake of foods high in calcium to help with repairing and building. It is best to get this vitamin from natural foods rather then mere supplements, since foods come with all other essential vitamins and minerals.
