Why do I often feel lonely even though have a family and friends? Have you ever feel like it? especially when there was a very personal problem ...

Yes, I would really feel sad many times and would wonder why am I still here. Because we are created for a purpose, it is only understandable that we feel that way. Until we find the answers to those questions, we would always feel the same. We can have everything we want and yet, we would still feel something is empty inside us and that something is missing.

It's but natural to feel that way sometimes. Whenever we are having a very personal problem, we are ashamed to share it with any member of the family. When that happens, you feel lonely inside because you feel alone. However, when you finally open to them your problem and get support from them, you will feel relief and stronger. Together with them, you will be able to think of how to solve it. It takes a lot of courage really, to share a personal problem to the rest of the family. Maybe , you can first share it to your closest family member.

Hi there Saparidiki 64! I think it's perfectly normal to feel sad when you have problems. Sometimes, we feel that the presence of our loved ones doesn't matter much but we will realize later that it does. I believe that without them, the problems that we have will be impossible to bear.

Once in a while. I think you want to do something, but you worry about family or friends don't support you. Right?
