Starting my own bux PTC website, anyone wnats to join the team?

Hi there, I hope I'm allowed to ask this here, but I'm planning on creating a (LEGIT) Bux PTC website and I'm looking for people to join the team. The website will be built totally from sketch and advertisers will be able to set their own advertising price ( this way the website will probably have more lower paying ads but this will give the website a much greater chance of surviving, as there will be more advertisers and thus no need for self-sponsored ads, also there will be more ads and this way members will be able to still earn more than with a few higher paying ads ). The website will also be pre-launched for about 1 week. This way the website will be able to already get members and advertisers for a good start. Anyone who's interested should at least have one of the following skills: web programming ( PHP/MySQL/Javascript/AJAX/HTML/CSS ), marketing/advertising, SEO, moderating/support.
