I have a website running on the WordPress script but my own domain. This post is not to solicit participation as I am not sure I am ready for that just yet. What I am wanting to know is ways to share revenue that is fair to all on my site. What I would do is accept writers/bloggers to participate with posting their own content. I would only want 10 or less members since it seems fewer members working together would make for better quality. So how to share the site in a way that is fair? Certainly any member would get a byline and links in their own posts. There are advertisements in the site that are not within the posts and I don't know how I would share any revenue from those with members in a way that is transparent or not requiring that members would trust me to honest disclose earnings and pay promptly. Any suggestions on how this could be done for a very small team as I am suggesting?
