How to loose fat from fingers, hand, wrist and thumb?

Hi Mylotters!! My hands, fingers and wrist have been always a little fat and I really don't like it. I think it's not the bone structure because I can hold fat from my fingers and hand. I'm a a normal guy... not too skinny and not fat at all which means losing fat on the entire body won't work. Only if I wanna be anorexic, which I don't. And I really wanna know some exercises that may help me to loose fat from these places. Note: I type fast, so learning to type fast won't wor also. :/ Rod

This sounds more like you have some swellings on your fingers and wrists that may be caused by arthritis. Are you a typist, artist, weaver or related fingers-strained work by occupation? People in jobs that involve long usage of fingers and do not exercise fingers and hands afterwards are prone to arthritis. If you strain your fingers and hands a lot, then get in the habit of exercising them to keep good blood circulation.

I'm a student. I type a lot. And I don't have swellings. My full hand including fingers has a little of fat and doesn't show the structure of the bone structure. Did you understand? I just have thicker fingers and I want to reduce the fat on them. Can you help me? Rod
