Taking a Finance class

One of my next classes is a finance class. I am excited but a little nervous. Hopefully I will do well and enjoy the class. If I do then I may take some as electives when I go take classes for Bachelor's. I am excited and interested because I may actually enjoy a job that is based on finances. I am also interested just because I think it is important and I want to learn. I am a little nervous because my academic adviser said that a lot of people complain about the class and that there are some equations in it. If I really try, I think I will do good in it. If I don't do well or don't enjoy the class then I will just take accounting electives. I already took the first accounting class and got a B. I enjoyed the class, but not as much as some of the other courses. I think that accounting and finance are good subjects for me. I am not worried about the accounting, but I am a little about the finance. This finance class is a requirement for my associates so I have to take it. There are a few other finance courses that I have to take as requirements. I can choose to take them as electives also though. I thought I wanted to take the finance classes as electives but now I am a little bit nervous.

I bet you will do great! If they were super easy..we wouldn't need them and probably wouldn't learn a thing...lol. Good luck!

When i was in College, i had my finance class too, as one of my subjects. I like it very much because it's interesting. In fact, i get exempted on some exams because i always get high scores. Don't be nervous. It's an interesting subject. Accounting is even more difficult than Finance. That i guarantee you.

I appreciate your nervousness because I find anything to do with finance and accounting extremely complicated and not my best subject I confess! I am pretty good at the creative side of thing s such as writing but when it comes to anything mathematical I am not the greatest! It sounds as though you are doing well in your studies and, although you are feeling a little apprehensive you will more than likely excel in your new course. I wish you all the best.
