I have had a HTC smartphone for a few months now. I still don't know how i feel about this phone. I really liked my Iphone and miss it at times. I have had quite a few problems with the HTC phone as in freezing and turning off and on. Who knows much about HTC and what kind of luck have all you had with these phones.

I believe the following information would help:
1. Model
2. Operating system
3. First/second hand
4. What did you do with the phone or app operate to have your phone become inoperable?
Otherwise, you may want to call or pay a visit to your local service and support center (official).
