If a guy sent a email to you before his trip and told you he will contact you when he was back and hope you will go with him to a museum when he was back. But when he was back he didn't call you and contact you any more. Does it mean this guy actually didn't like or interest you? A few month late, you invited him to see your dance performance and he accepted, after the performance he rejected to join the celebration dinner with your friends,but he sent message to you that he will catch up over dinner next week. What kink of guy? Does he like me or not? Anybody can help?

Unfortunately,I think he's not interested in you.He wouldn't break his words if he like you,because he care you and value you very much.Of course,there are some other reasons,such as, he's busy in a coincidence or his character,maybe he is a shy people.

He probably do not really care much about you, if someone is really fall on you, he will do his best to fulfill what ever he has promised and no matter how busy he is, he will still try to get time to see you. When a man love you, he will want to spend all his time with you. If he doesn't then, he probably just don't really like you.
