Simple trick for good health

Some people believe in natural herbs, others believe in exercise, others say we should just eat right and then some say we should drink lots of water. All these people will say that it has worked for them. Do you think any of these are good ideas. What do you do to keep healthy?

Hi Joseph! I try to eat healthy as much as possible. I try to avoid eating too much junk foods. I eat chips only once in a while if I feel like I need something salty. I avoid high calorie foods, too. I prefer eating fish and vegetables instead of meat. I also drink lots of water especially after eating salty foods and sweet foods. I also exercise at least for 15 minutes everyday or at least every other day. And on Saturday mornings, I go jogging.

That sounds like a pretty healthy lifestyle. If more people thought like you then the world would be a healthier place.
