My 6 years child said me everytime papa brings the maggi for me and she likes maggi very much every morning she wants maggi but I think excess eating is not good.. My wife was also telling me she demanded only Maggi in morning breakfast I dont know why kids like this. What you think this is harmful for kids body if you have any experience share it..

bholebaba: Children like maggi for its taste and easy to eat. I am not foreseeing any problem in eating maggi regularly. But not more than one packet per day. Side by side introduce fruits and other vegetables also and make her like them. Which class is she studying?

Oh, I've not been eating maggi noodles for a very long time. You are right, kids like maggi alot and eating too much is not good for them, especially the ones in the cup.

I don't know either, maybe it tastes delicious to them. My kids even like those noodles in the cup but I don't allow them to take too much.

I use some Maggi products like sauces and spices but I don't know if we talk about the same company. I did not realise that they make any breakfast products that is really new for me.

I think it is not really healthy everyday to eat maggi. Since it is processed foods it contains preservative and amount of salt. You can have it alternate until your child have it once a week. It is better to have a homemade cook food than the processed one.

The only Maggi I am familiar with is a soup. I think it may be really high in sodium, so I guess it would depend on what else she eats during the day. In general, kids do like to eat the same thing over and over, because they know it is good and it is predictable. It is up to us to add other things to their diets. I would add some fruit daily to go with the maggi.

I like it because it can be made very fast in two minutes. Not only kids adults also like it so much. Thanks,

I don't know but lately there was news around here that eating that kind of food may be harmful because it contains something which can harm the body. In our place we usually buy Lucky instead.

Not always. See, there are kids that love cereals. There are also some kids that want the regular breakfast meals. It only depends on what the kids prefer, and what the parents think as nutritious and delicious at the same time.

Maggi may have benefits of some nutrients, but having it as breakfast meals for everyday has its cons. You familiar with the saying, Too much of everything is not good? It's a food that's very hard to digest because it requires and consumes too much of pancreatic enzymes. This could ultimately alter ones metabolism and digestion, especially for a kid. It overworks the pancreas.
