Anger is an emotional distress which must be checked and not allowed to grow into a mighty rage. People have died from the anger of country or group leaders through creation of wars or through acts of terrorism.Marital abuse, child abuse and street fights are some of the effects of anger that have gone out of control. What causes anger? * Frustration due to obstacles to what we desire or need. * Pain and discomfort * Our angry childhood environment * Personal insult * Huge ego Anger control is possible once you decide you want to control it and not let it control you.Walk away, reflect, laugh and forgive. If it gets too hard, seek help through medication or alternative healing. If you not control your anger you must loss many thing's in your life even your life.

There are a lot of reasons to be angry. Practically you have provided a detailed reason for such. I have once read a book about anger and perhaps it would be worthwhile to share it here.. "behind every anger, there is always fear". Perhaps this summarize everything. The sad thing is that most of us really have a difficulty in controlling our anger and you are right, it is not good. I could perhaps say that even up to now there are times that I still find it hard to control my anger. But as compared to before, I am not that hot tempered anymore. I have realized that anger causes more problem and eventually you will not gain anything from being angry. I try as much as possible to just let it go and relax, and instead of being angry, I try to find a solution as to how to solve that problem that makes me angry.

We all have different things that can trigger anger. I try to find out what thinks make me angry and talk to the person about it and if they respect me they will try and avoid it. If not I choose different friends.
