HI FRIENDS One day i have been to my friends house for lunch as he invited me so i told him there would be one sinddhi dish as the guy is sinddhi i told him to prepare one sinddhhi dish for me. that day i had lotus roots at his house prepared by his grandma and i enjoyed it,however after coming home i started searching about nutritional facts of lotus roots and i came to know many good things about it,which i want to share with you my friends grand ma gave me a good formula of lotus roots to loose weight, take teo roots,peeled it out,cut slices and add some water and grind in mixy after that filter the juice,boil this by adding some water once it is boiled add some black salt and black papper in it and drink it...........within some weeks you will find you loosed some fats.......... some nutritional facts.......... 1)total calories----85 2)fats-----0% 3)cholesterole---0% 4)sodium---2% 5)total carbohydrates---7% 6)dietery fibers---23% 7)protin-----6% 8)it also contain iron,zink,potassium,thiamin,riboflavin,niacin, phosphorus,magnesium. 9)good source of vitamin c. guys please leave your comments

Hi Ritzz, it is a very delicious soup and my mother loves to cook it whenever she is cooking. The only problem is, it is not easy to buy it since it is quite popular in my area. We need to go the wet market early in the morning, to be able to get fresh lotus root. But so far, i don't know that lotus root can helps loose weight as well. Maybe i will let my friends know, so they will loves to drink and eat lotus root.
