Do you think that you are a bad friend?

Everyone make mistakes. In some cases, you learn that the mistake you made was wrong toward a friend, but in your mind you will always feel that they way you went about it was the right way, after you learned it was a mistake. Does one mistake make you lose trust in a friend? Can a friend do you wrong over and over again and you still are friends with them? What do you think makes a bad friend?

No one's perfect. Even our closest friends can get wrong at times. But more than 2 is quite many already. I guess you have to figure out which are good apples from the bad apples. A bad or not-so-good friend is someone who wants what's wrong for you instead of what's good and right.

I agree! I think that an individual that gives you a negative vibe can tend to be someone that I would stay away from over someone who supports me even when I sometimes make a mistake. Support helps me to make the right decisions the next time so it does not become a choice.

A bad friend in my opinion and someone who betrays you and talks behind your back with others I don't think it's called bad friend it's more of a fake friend

Betrayal is a strong word and I believe it fits into this type of category. I look at fakeness as insecure. In my opinion most individuals that need to be fake to have friends may not be comfortable just being themselves and probably try to hard to please others. Good point.

I certainly hope not one friend would tell or feel that way about me. I am not perfect,not your all out type of friend either but I always try my best to be around for my friends.

i am always there for my friends when i can be and that's all i want in return. anything else really don't matter to me.

I think that a bad friend is a person that uses another friend, for things.Also a bad friend is a person that breaks your trust, either they do or they say something about you that is not nice or is not true.I do not have friends that i can not trust, or have proven that they can not be trusted.

i agree. I think there is a difference between making a mistake that I may not approve of and just betraying my trust over and over again.
