Wow! I was watching a tv show about skin and it was discussed that the way to go to make your skin wrinkle free! All you need to do is hydrate yourself. Drink water, and drink as much as you can because water helps to clear the skin and when you are not dehydrated, you will have a healthy skin!

Damn! I'm going to need a hell of a lot of water! How healthy will your skin be after drowning? Was that really about human skin or was it a nature type show about walrus skin?

Now, I wonder if dolphins and sharks drink water...They just seem to be wrinkle-less.

Wow! Thanks for this piece of information. Now I got some motivation to push myself to drink more water. As you can see, my work entails me to be exposed to very hot conditions because I always move around a furnace. With the hot conditions, it is inevitable to get dehydrated easily due to profuse sweating at work. I do sweat a lot and the hot conditions adds up to my sweating. Now I have to be careful of dehydrating myself or else I'll age faster.

Drinking water has so many benefits that it is hard to be able to list them all in one short discussion. It is excellent for your skin though, and I have noticed this during the course of my life. I had very bad skin when I was a teenager, and I was rather upset to find that I still had this at the age of 20 when most of my friends had grown out of it. I made the decision to start drinking a lot more water, and noticed a difference in my skin right from that same week. It started to clear up, and the tone was much more constant and I looked generally healthier and happier in my own skin. I would urge everybody to drink more water, as it has more health benefits.

Is that so? I think I need to drink more water now. I really don't like water, guess I'll have to learn to love it if I wanted to have a wrinkle free skin. thanks for the info

I think it helps to lessen the appearance of wrinkles and that makes a lot of sense because when you think of something that is dehydrated you think of something that has been out in the sun and shriveled up.

That certainly makes sense! It feels (and tastes) so good after a hard workout too!
