I am very sorry that you tripped over in the street when you were 8 months pregnant. It was so lucky that you didn't hurt your baby or go into premature labor. I hope that the remainder of your pregnancy will go well. Good luck for the day of your baby's birth. I traveled with my disabled son to South Africa. I was 18 weeks pregnant on that trip. I tripped over on the beach and was very worried if I had injured my baby. I wasn't able to find out until my next midwife appointment at home. I had a scan shortly after I got back and it was wonderful to see my baby girl on the screen.

Im glad to hear everything is ok and i would have been pregnant i would have been really scared too and probably go right back inside and chdeck to see if everything was ok and then probably call my doctor and see if you could get in immediately to have them check to see if everything was ok as well. Doctors always know what they are looking for when things like this happen. I could only imagine that you were scared out of your mind not only for you maybe being bruised but for the baby in your tummy.

Hi tinker_bel, Always have a companion whenever you go out and walk down the street. Somebody who will assist you in everything you do. It is good to have a helping hand. Take care always.

Going to the Doctor after something like that happens is the best thing you can do. if you cant get in soon or having pain most people go to emergency room. i did not fall when i was pregnant, but i would of done the same thing you did. glad your okay :) and congrats....
