Do you know of an application that can help people who want to Cosplay

I really want to cosplay one anime. But, I don't know yet which character I will cosplay. I'm planning to do it as my creative shot for our yearbook.
Mylotters! Can you recommend me one that is easy to imitate, I mean, the anime? The dress most especially. I wanted an anime that I have a resemblance with, but, I can't find an application that can find my anime look alike. Do you know any application?

I am not really sure if it is what you are looking for but there is a site that I look at every once in a while called cosplaytutorial. It helps in basics and setting up things for cosplay basically.
