"I don't need Pacquiao" said by Mayweather

It seems that the much long awaited fight of the Mayweather and Pacquiao is no more.
I don't need Pacquiao, Mayweather told the reporter after winning the fight over Ortiz. With or without Pacquiao, regardless of his opponents, Mayweather will still make over $70 million every time he goes out to fight. He even criticized Pacquiao of being popular because of his name.
What do you think guys of Mayweather's attitude?

Well here is the thing about Mayweather.He has a bad attitude,hes cocky and he has a fragile ego.Even though I don't agree with his antics,I understand where hes coming from.Floyd Money Mayweather has been pound for pound the top fighter in the world for over a decade, hes never lost a fight.People say he needs to fight Manny to complete his career but in truth even if he were to fight Manny and lose he should still go down as one of the greatest,if not the greatest pound for pound boxers of all time.
People criticize Floyd unfairly.They say he's a boring fighter because his skill set is to box rather than being a knock out artist like Manny.They say this because his boxing talent is so high that nobody ever lands a clean hit on him.He wins most of his fights by a large margin unscathed.Average people looking to see a bloodbath say its boring but this is what true boxing is,hit and don't be hit,the sweet science.Nobody is better at this that Mayweather.So throughout his career hes been criticized unfairly.
Now comes Manny upsurge in popularity during Floyd's last legs of his career.People forget that Manny has been beaten several times.During most of Floyd's undisputed pound for pound reign Manny wasn't considered one of the best.He is now no doubt,but to say Floyd needs Manny to complete his career when Floyd has never even come close to being beat is ludicrous.I can see why he's upset people don't give the man his due respect.

People's believe that the true measure of boxing is not the zero defeat but it's how you get up and be a stronger fighter. because even though manny had so many losses, he still prevailed and continue to becoming stronger probably because he does it for the country, people and god. something that mayweather lacks. but I just got tired of criticizing this guy, mybe we shouldn't expect much from him. let him be.at least marquez is standing up to manny.

Mayweather is not a boring fighter, that is his fighting style (boring style). But I don't like his attitude of being proud of himself. If his truely the greatest fighter of century then why can't he fight Manny. What's the trashtalk all about. Unlike Manny, which I know personally, his humble and don't criticize after fighter of their defeat.

Many boxing writers consider Floyd to be a boring fighter.I assure you that's been an unfair criticism for a long time.To me his fighting style is the most elegant out of any fighter I have ever seen (Pernell Sweet pea Whittaker a close second.)Like I said,Floyd has a bad attitude,Manny has a great attitude,very humble.But we don't watch fighters because of their attitudes.Boxing shouldn't be a popularity contest,It's a boxing contest.Many of the great American boxers of all time talk trash.Ali was the biggest trash talker of them all.To me attitude doesn't make a difference when judging boxing skills.
I personally would love to see Manny vs Floyd.If they don't fight each other it will be a shame and a black eye for boxing.But regardless if they fight each other or not,Floyd will still go down as one of the best ever.He's been considered pound for pound the greatest for a very long time.You may not like the man,but you must acknowledge his achievements if you call yourself a true boxing fan.

I think both Manny and Mayweather are great boxer but Mayweather have this common badboy character in him. But i think because both boxers are making a big money, many people will stall their fight so they can squeeze more money from both of them before they meet and one of them have to lose. I'm still curious with Mayweather vs Ortiz... i hope the rematch will be more entertaining that last fight.
As for Manny vs Mayweather i hope they two meet before one of them gets old and loose their speed. Btw how old is Manny and how old is Mayweather?

I dont know how old they are.. but i surely dont like the ending of Mayweather's fight over Ortiz.. I salute Ortiz for accepting his mistake during the fight. We all see that Ortiz is no match to Mayweather. But HOW Mayweather won the fight is not fair.. (just my own opinion)

I think boxing is not about the money, its the pride and honor that you bring. Maybe its another way again to dodge a fight to pacman. Yes i agree floyd would be one of boxing's hall of fame, but Manny would be a legend in this sport of boxing, the only 8 division world champion. No doubt!!!
