I want to study abroad but don't have enough money to finance my study. Universities and Colleges here are good but if you graduated from other countries specially in renown school somewhere in US, London, Australia etc. can help you to get job easily specially here in my country. I'm employed now at one of the famous telephone company here but not satisfied of it. Since I'm not graduate of my course which is Accountancy, i want to pursue it. Is there any scholarship or any way how to study abroad for free? Haha! just asking..

I do not know which country you belong to but from what i know the colleges in most countries in Europe do not have any tuition fees. France and Holland will not have any fees to study. So you can definitely look into colleges there. France does not allow universities to select students so you will have take home near college of your choice that is all.

Yes dear, barring America no other country differentiates in giving when it comes to scholarships. These are not scholarships though, these are education policies, government covers the cost of teaching in the country. Free education to all kind of thing.
