Are you in favored of Anti-Planking Act ?

Anti-Planking Act is an act prescribing a universal code of student conduct whereby planking by a student or a group of student during street rallies or similar protest action as a form or redress of grievance be strictly prohibited and applying appropriate sanction thereof. Those who are against of Anti-planking act are saying that it is a freedom of expression. For me, whatever their reasons are, if they like to attend street rallies, they should do it peacefully. Their aim is to voice out their opinions and by wanting to be heard doesn't mean starting an street ramble or fighting. If they are granted with a permit to held rallies, they should also responsible for their acts. Planking could cause traffic or might cause problem in the street but it doesn't clearly manifest the thoughts and feelings of the people behind the rallies or protest. Therefore, it is not a necessity in such activities.
