At what hour do you get sleepy?
September 22, 2011 10:33pm CST
I start getting sleepy around 8:00 pm but actually go to sleep around 10:00 pm. I tend to wake up at 4:00 am. I hear most people tend to go to sleep early but if you're a computer fan you'd tend to go to sleep extra late or simply not sleep at all.

haha just like me at times. I don't always wake up that early but tend to do so because it's the only time of the day I can be ALONE and at PEACE. I like to write novels as a hobbie. The early half nigh/morning is the time of day my inspiration goes wild. My grammar is still mediocre but I just like writing for fun. It's bad for my health but it's maybe 3-4 times a week only IF I feel like it :P

A a parent, I don't have the luxury of going to sleep early at night, every night of my adult life. There are lots of things to do at night like taking care of the house hold chores. It usually took until past 10pm before all the lights of the house were turned off. And the bonus of it, I should be able to woke up very early (around 4am) to start the new day with the preparation of my kids meals.

It varies, but lately, I've been going to bed at around after 11:30PM and waking up before 7AM. For me, less than 8 1/2 hours of sleep isn't enough, so that ~7 hours is dreadful. So you could say when I wake up, I'm already sleepy. And unless I have coffee, I'm very tired and groggy throughout the day. In the evening, it's at about 8 to 9 PM I start to get sleepy. I'm usually in my room, sitting up and watching TV or on my laptop. If I were laying down, I would probably have fallen asleep from 7PM
