Lazy to Exercise

If you’re frustrating to lose weight at the moment, then you perhaps spend a huge amount of your time pondering how you would be able to catch the time to lose the weight that you are targeting to. Fortunately, you might be able to lose weight and acquire other chores done at the similar time. Play games with your family. If you effort taking your kid or dog to a park as an alternative of doing indoor activities, you will discover that you are able to acquire some exercise and play with your child or dog at the equal time. If you have a bike, then you could practice this to get to places. Your kid would love this as they would be getting a ride, and you would be able to acquire some workout. I admit that when it comes to exercise and lose weight, for me, i will just say why not sleep and eat and be merry. But i really want to lose weight however i just let my membership in one of the fitness club expired, i consider putting strawberries or chocolates inside my mouth as a form of exercise because there are movements anyway. Don't you think so Mr Pogi? ....And then im thinking of saving to buy a mountain bike for me so i can exercise but suddenly i change my mind and wonder why not instead of a bike, i will just spend money on shopping because i believe if i am busy buying things that i really adore, my brains will work...and i will lose some of the calories...hmmm good idea!...Well maybe some other time... or tomorrow..or next year...At times why not sign up for a fun run and it's gonna be great that i can wear a nice running shoes and maybe buy some outfit that will match my shoes...so i went back thinking about shopping again instead of exercise... Gosh why is it so hard. Thinking about workouts make me really really sick . ARRGH :) Happy lotting !

For a few people, participating in an exercise curriculum is simple and pleasant. But for a lot of people the list of excuses is time-consuming for why they can't be anxious. Exercise is a health main concern and somewhat than shelving the idea of counting physical activity in your life, there are constantly ways to work through your excuses. :)

Doing chores and exercising (Oxycise positions, cardio, weights, but the former is a a series of core workouts in its own) in front of YouTube is my kind of exercise. But I hate, hate, hate going to the gym. I have to be dragged, missing out on whatever I like to do, such as conversing here in MyLot! Thus, finding what's fun, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping the body until I get the resistance to exercise out of it), fat photos, and pictures of places I will be expected to partake in photo ops (You know how trying they are when fat, do you?) like cruise sailings help me hate it less.

I don't go to the gym anymore either..it's too easy to make excuses why I can't go that particular day. Are you refering to the Oxycise tape (breatheing exercises) ?? I have it but never got into a routine with it..do you use it and do you like it??

I don't have the tape, but I kinda stumbled upon it and learned the technique online. Though it does not supplant real exercise, it's worthwhile. This is ideal for situations where exercising is not practical or when my job involves a lot of moving around. I will be going to a job training at a hotel for 2 weeks and going to the gym is out of the realm for me timewise, so this is something I'd do in the meantime.

I really don't care if I lose weight or not. I am retired and have had a good life. I enjoy eating and like junk food. I am not trying to impress or seduce anyone anymore and am happy to just be left alone to my computer and writing. I have medical problems and some days I do great while others not so.

Well see, this is a topic a little delicate. About a year ago I managed to lose 10 pounds more than simply trying to eat a little less, although not engage in any physical activity. However, I do not recommend this type of diet, but if you want to lose weight nothing is more indicative of a healthy physical activity of any kind.

Combining chores and exercise is the trick imo. I help myself not mind housework as I tell myself it's a good form of exercise. My latest idea for me and hubby..(though he doesn't reaklize it)...was to put some light weight things we use everyday on a shelf where we have to stretch to reach it..Gets in an extra stretch

yeah you are right mate !!! even iam very lazy to do exercise .. but i think you should start involving in some activities which comprmises of exercises.. i think you should start playing football ,, a lot of body force and energy is required in playing football .. but please dont be a goal keeper .. loll ,. the other activt i can suggest you is to start joggin in the evening time .. and ask somneone to give you a cpmapny .. beleive me if you have a company then its always fun doing exercise .. whereas , bicycling is also good for you ., apart from this actiivites, i think a proper diet plan is also required for everyone of us in order to lose weigh .. you can also attain the help of some nutrionist for your diet plan .. hoepfully, i have given you good suggestion !! all the best mate with your weigh lose ..

Sometimes I am too lazy to exercise, but then I will tell myself that I need to exercise because if I don't then I will never do it. I walk, dance or do some kind of moving around.

Walking for at least 30 minutes a day is a good way to lose extra pounds and also it will be beneficial to your health especially for your heart. I also read that drinking 4 glasses of water every morning before breakfast can help prevent diseases and make your body healthy.

I am lazy to exercise. But I don't hv weight issues and so I guess I hv an excuse not to exercise.

If you want to loose your weight ... just be responsible to your self and make your goal come true like loosing weight. thers a lot of idea and advice from the book, internet or even advice of your family and friend that all you have to do is to believe them than you can. good luck my friend. : )
