Nursing: Priority patients in arrest

I have a problem with my priority patients, as a common rule what would a nurse do in case of an arrest? I mean what should a nurse do on his own during an arrest when there is still no doctor around. The usual sitauation would be a patient with and Entubation tube with double line IV runnig both with side drips of dopamine and debutamine, and an FBC. with continuos ambubagging with oxygen. What would you do first and what is your priority. Blood pressure is not also aprreciated.
