i heard anthere news again that a 17 year old girl was raped after she went out drinking with a bunch of friends.. 
Times are dangerous these days and people, especially girls should control themselves from going out at night and partying and drinking... They should know by now that drinking with guys is dangerous and just not drink at all..

True but these girls need guidance and if their parents are not teaching them right from wrong this may influence the disc ions of these girls. It also involves what types of friends they end up adapting to. If there are being peer pressured then they are more valuable to do stupid things and make stupid choices.

Maybe because of the equal opportunities being practiced in this computer age, some young girls want to try things different on what older girls did during their time.
Others are forced or lured to go with the flow with their friends so as to be a part of them. Some girls are also too trusting to go and hang around with people whom they don't really knew.
This is where the parent's guidance and control of their children would be questioned. The way they brought up their children (environmental and counselling) plays a big factor of what their children will be in the future.
