The truth is I don't like the type of site (investing type) but I try to investigate it with whois tool. This site owned by UINVEST LTD and located in Ukraine (that why I can't check on them with BBB.org. I'm not sure when this domain created or expired (whois tool using unusual code for these and I don't quite understand) but i think it create on 2007 and expired on 2012. From what I see, these site look legit to me. My conclusion came after I compare whois tool info with official website. Both data provide same info about phone (for national users). For me these mean they doesn't have any problem with local law. Remember one thing, these site talk about investing. There risks in here .... so if you don't know the prospect and risk that they give to you, make deep investigation before you invest something I hope this could help.
