We've just had lunch. I'm trying to read emails and my head keeps dipping. I'm trying to doze off! I guess it is time for my normal sunday afternoon nap. Are you a naper? LOL See you later.

I do not always nap on Sundays, but I did today. I just slept about a half hour but it was very sound. I feel better afterwards, that is for sure.

Heh, theres nothing better than sunday afternoon nap, which lasts ages for me. Sunday is usualy a day everyone uses to be lazy and to rest. Naps are most common things! It`s best to have them after the lunch since your stomach is restocked and you feel pleased, then you find a nice spot for a nap and just let into it.( you wake up few hours later facerolling and looking at the watch saying OMG! allready?!) I wish you a nice nap :D

I had a nice nap after supper yesterday but when I got up again, my back was causing me so much pain, I just decided to have a soak in the tub and go to bed early.

I'm not a real napper but I do find if I sit down for too long I do feel sleeply and very often nod off for a while. I don't really like doing this so when I sit down I try not to get too comfty because I know I will feel sleepy.

I used to be a napper too, but when my work schedule has changed, my body clock also has changed. I am not allowed to sleep at work and we are only given 1 hour of lunch and 30 mins break. I used to get a little nap at around 1pm to 3pm, but it's now changed.

I don't take naps during the day. I think maybe it's because it's a habit that I'm mostly doing things during the day time, even on weekends. Even if I don't, I am out of the house then. I have tried to take afternoon naps before but that didn't seem to work for me. It's nice to have naps, actually.

I used to nap before I got a job, but now I am finding that I just don't have the time available in my day for me to do this. I really wish that I did, but sadly I don't anymore. My Sundays are normally spent cooking and cleaning, and basically just doing everything around the house that I didn't have the time to do during the week. This is really the first time that I have been able to sit down properly all day, and I even still know that I haven't finished all of the jobs that I need to do around my house just yet.

I never used to be a napper, but very often I will go to the other house after I take my shipping to the post office and sit there and try to read. My eyelids get heavy and I give into the urge to take a catnap. Then I have more energy to get me through a long night. I hate taking the time to nap when there are so many other things I want to be doing, but sometimes I just have to listen to my body.
