I'm always telling myself that I'm a strong ,confident and optimistic person.Though I'm sometimes melancholy .When feeling lonely or sad ,I like walking in the noisy street because those smiles and laughters make me calm

Aww.. that's sweet, walking through the streets in hope for a smile to cheer you up. Smiles are such infectious things that once you see one you have to smile back! Smiles are truly simply ways to boost up your mood and lighten up your dull day. We will always have ups and downs in our life and we need positive ways to relieve our depression or sorrow. Some people turn to binge eating or in drastic circumstances cutting themselves to relieve their mental pain but those methods are negative, it will just ruin your life. But walking down a street with laughters and smiles is a more positive and healthier way to relieve those pessimistic feelings.

Exercise is a great stress reliever and mood elevater. Your self talk inspiring confidence also plays a tremendous role in supporting and cmforting yourself when you are down. You really are your own best friend and I am happy to see you remind others to be through this sharing
