If you cant talk about PTC sites why is the interest here?

I have been very curious about this. I have added this interest but it is considered soliciting to say whether or not these sites pay or talk about these sites. Why is the interest here? I mean seriously. If you cant discuss a site why is the topic available for discussion? I would think that if its not allowed the topic (interest) wouldnt be available to start a discussion on.
