Nurses in Dubai.

Dubai is an interesting state and a good place for travel and opportunities as i have read in the net. Is it easy to find a nursing job in Dubai? I have my cousins working there but not on the medical field. Does anyone knows how hard or easy to find a job there preferably in the medical field? And what are the important requirements.
