HELP! ialmrnt5 display driver error

can anyone help me? for almost 4months, i've been playing godswar in facebook using my pc. last week,i logged in and started to play. i could still play for a while then it freezes. then the icons got huge and the resolution is terrible. the message "ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working normally. save your work and reboot the system to restore full display functionality" would then appear. does anyone know why i'm getting this error message? my display driver: Intel(R)828656 Graphics controller
