I Am Back Online...

I was doing a paper for class the other day and had just finished it when I got a stabbing pain in my wrist. I used my heated rice sock on it overnight hoping the injury would get better but the pain kept getting worse. I had my husband take me to an urgent care center this morning and they started me on prednisone and gave an ace wrap. By tonight the pain was so bad it was making me feel sick. When I went in to the hospital, my heart rate was up to 124 which is still high for me even with my history of tachycardia. They gave me tylenol with codeine and put the wrist in a splint and I am back in business. For me resting my wrist for days is not an option, I make most of my money here online and I am an online college student. It is good to be back and with the wrist brace on and the meds I am virtually pain free.

Welcome back to mylot. Some times it can be hard to remain on mylot for a long stretch because of the other commitments we have here and there. But whenever we find time to come back we always do. This is an excellent forum to have conversations and interactions with people from all over the world. It is really a nice forum to be in and very fun as well. Plus there are earnings too.

Welcome back Linda! Just try and take a few extra breaks as you do not want to further cause any more damage to the wrist. I understand it is your means of earning but further damaging your wrist may cause you to have yet further delays in earning. I hope it heals soon.

Yes sometimes motivation too aids the physical pain or any other limitations. The strong conviction of acting for a purpose deviates the attention towards the goal. But if one sits by feeling pity against the ailment she or he will feel worse and actionless life will worsen the condition. When a person is mature one has to put up with difficulties and face life but without neglectecting the care.
