Can you give some idea of weebly.com or webs.com where website formation free of cost is possible? Which one is better for the purpose in your opinion for creating a site on homeopathy? Can I use any ad agency like Adbrite, Adhitz etc as per my choice or do I need to use the ad agency selected by them? I would also like to know of any such site other than the two mentioned above by me where website formation free of cost is possible on homeopathy.

I have two accounts with weebly and been using their domain name for free. I also use
Adhitz and Infolink and I chose these agencies myself, no restrictions from weebly. Try creating a blog and find out for yourself, it is newbie-friendly, sure you will love it. Publication is also free and you don't have to worry about monthly fees.

I seem to suggest you should use webs.com because their web templates look more professional. In addition, although webs.com free but they also provide tools facilities a commerce web that can be said to be complete. So, make easy for you when use it ....
