pen down the thoughts

Writing is one of the good habit i had. When ever i feel depressed or some thing bad i use to pen down what ever running on mind mind this makes me to feel free.It really works once i was in a total depressed condition at that time i had taken a pen and a paper and started all my curses opinions finally i scratched my book after doing all these thing i was relaxed. When the next day i read the matter which was written by me the previous day, it was so funny to read it and i made me to laugh also.Guys it really works try it out.

Writing is good for lots of things. The one thing that I write for besides MyLot, is I jot down some feelings when the mood strikes me, it does help to get it out even if it is on paper. I also write poetry from time to time. But, whatever I write down in a journal I never alter or delete. I keep it all.

it is a therapy to some to write their thoughts when they feel down, and it can truly work. others boost their being by writing even their positive thoughts or ideas. keep on writing. it is beneficial.
