I was watching X-factor yesterday and 2 contestants caught my attention and its not their singing prowess, Its their age. There is this 14 year old girl,she is all natural, no make up....she looks like she is 35 years old,I dont know why she aged that fast cos a lot of 14 year old girls either look their age or look even younger,
Then there was this man, he looks 25 to 30 years old and when he confessed his age,My jaw dropped on the floor, He is 59 years old.
I want to know what the heck is his secret. I want to look like that once I'm 59. I am 26 years old and he looks younger than me. Whatever his lifestyle is, I will convert...
The woman who was on his side during his audition, looks like his mother but I bet she is his wife and she is years younger.

How do you think a person can look 25 to 30 at age 60? I don't think its plastic surgery cos Plastic surgery can only hide age when your in 40's but it will make you look Zombie like in your 50's.

You're talking about Leroy Bell. It's really surprising to see a 59/60 year old man looking the way he does, right? It's really cool! He seems he's living a healthy lifestyle. It's really cool! :) He proves that people can look young despite the age. :)

On the other hand I dont understand why Drew (forgot her lastname) is looking 40 years old at age 14. The fact that a teenager looks older than him is a statement of his lifestyle.

she must be eating lots of processed food,i heard process food can make people older. Its a good thing she got bangs as makeover to cover her wrinkles. they need to make this girl look her age,maybe she needs to eat vegetables,drink milk or something. its not to late.

Yeah, she really does not look her age. She looks really old. Even my mom said that she looked 35-40s. It's really weird but she acts like she's young so I guess, that makes her young. She just does not look young. Hehe! :)

If it is not due to any surgical procedure and let us rule out make-up and cosmetics too then maybe it is all about how they live their life. Maybe they've got the secret of the best formula of staying healthy and young despite getting old in years.
I have read or watched something about this before, it has something to do with what they eat, mainly organic food of some sort and how they maintain their healthy lifestyle...

yeah, you bet the she eats is not very healthy at all.
But I guess it will boil down to the type of personality of a person really and not just the way or what they eat.
To be able to look young you must consider everything and live that healthy lifestyle holistically.

I heard raw Vegans tends tolook younger but the raw Vegan guy I saw on youtube looks damn old for someone in his 40's while there is this woman who eats meat but looks young,
the 14 year oldgirl who looks 35 must be eating too much junk and processed food because she doesnt look her age at all.

Hi Capt! I would like to know his secret too! I don't know what makes
people look younger, but at this point I sure would try anything! I
used to not look my age, but sadly life has caught up to me and now people
guess my true age which makes me very depressed. I wish I could turn back
the clock, but sadly that issn't possible. You are what you are and I
don't believe in plastic surgery, I would be scared anyway because I
worked for a Plastic Surgeon and that's all I'm going to say!

I'm trying not to get stressed and enjoy things I enjoy as a teen and as a kid to give me a more youthful upbringing.I want to stay care free rather than being to stressed with work, I dont want to gain years in my appearance.I want a long life for sure,There are some technology out there but I cant afford it at this moment but a lifestyle and environment change my help me,
