hello all mylotters...Is it safe to use my international debit card to purchase online calling cards for voip with paypal?

I have a international card registered in my paypal account and, sometimes, I use it and never had problems. My sister only use her international card (she don't use online money) and she use for several stores.

okk...thats is quite good news for me...so I also can add my card to paypal..I have made the account yesterday ...but I am not able to add my card yet as it showing some error...may be the card is not ready yet though I have got a valid date from 6/11

by the way why paypal asked for a credit or debit card...while I am already having sufficient balance in my paypal account for the purchase...

Actually, on some websites, you are being able to make online purchase even you aren't linking Paypal Account with your Debit/Credit Card. 
Have you ever tried that? 
And another websites require you to do so, it is just because they require you to verify your account.
Verification is important in business because it is about trust. When you already verify your account, then everyone can easily say that it is really yours.
Without verification, someone may create a fake identity on Paypal. And also someone may get some illegal balance with ease feeling because they aren't using their real identity..

Hi there,
Are you gonna use your paypal account wherein your debit card is link to it, to purchase online calling cards? I think it is safe as long as it is a secure site and has VeriSign or security feature or Lock feature in it. But there is always a risk involved in purchasing stuff online so you must make sure that you have a anti-spyware app.
